1.Definitions

"Platform" refers to the 1333db website accessible at https://1333db.vip and all associated services, games, and features offered therein. "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform. "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration. "Balance" refers to the total funds held within a Player's Account, including both deposited funds and any bonus amounts subject to applicable wagering requirements. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2.Eligibility and Registration

By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information you have provided is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3.Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. 1333db employs automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where a Player is found to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — 1333db reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances or winnings derived from bonus play.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 1333db will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

1333db accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of locally supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. All transactions on the 1333db Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail solely in respect of that offer.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the 1333db Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of 1333db or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 1333db.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1333db shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 1333db has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1333db does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. 1333db will endeavour to notify Players of planned maintenance periods in advance where practicable.

Where a technical error results in a game being settled incorrectly, 1333db reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the Player's Account. This applies to all game types including slots, live casino tables, fishing games, and sports betting markets.

10.Privacy and Data Protection

11.Account Closure and Termination
